embodied microdosing: Integrative psilocybin program
Immersive healing to reconnect you with life
Embodied Microdosing is a 3-month immersive psilocybin microdosing program, combining a structured 90-day protocol with deeper nervous system and healing support through a holistic mind-body-spirit framework; offered in both group and individual formats.
Forge your own pathway to healing
depression that doesn’t lift, no matter how much you’ve already tried. Anxiety that lives in your body as much as your mind.
Focus feels like a fight. Burnout that sleep doesn’t fix. If you’ve done the work – therapy, medication, self-help books, all of it – and you’re still looking for something that actually reconnects you to yourself, you’re not alone, and you’re not out of options.
More is possible. Embodied Microdosing is an integrative microdosing program for adults ready to build a safe, structured, and deeply personal relationship with psilocybin as part of a real, sustained wellness practice, not a quick fix, not a trend, and not something you do alone through trial and error.
You can move through this work in community, alongside seven others walking a similar path, or one-on-one, with fully individualized pacing and attention. Either way, the container is the same depth of care – just a different shape.
Next group cohort begins September 12th, 2026. Adults 21+.
rewire neural pathways
How microdosing works in the brain
Psilocybin works primarily by binding to serotonin 5-HT2A receptors in the brain – the same broad neurotransmitter system implicated in mood, anxiety, and attention. But how it works there is where things get interesting.
At microdose levels, psilocybin appears to support neuroplasticity – your brain’s capacity to form new neural connections and loosen rigid patterns of thought and emotional response. Early research suggests this may show up as increased dendritic growth and synaptic connectivity, essentially giving the brain more flexibility to build new pathways rather than defaulting to old, worn grooves.
Across observational and self-report studies, people who microdose psilocybin most commonly describe:
- Steadier, more regulated mood
- Reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety
- Sharper focus and cognitive clarity
- Greater emotional flexibility
- Disruption of looping thoughts
- Quieting of the inner critic and intrusive thoughts
- Decreased reliance on prescription medication
- Increased sense of connection
Why microdosing is different than an SSRI
If you’ve been on an SSRI, you know the drill: a daily pill, taken continuously, slowly and steadily adjusting your serotonin levels over weeks – sometimes flattening a lot besides the symptom you were trying to treat along the way.
Microdosing psilocybin works on a fundamentally different model:
Continuous vs. intermittent. SSRIs work by continuous serotonin reuptake inhibition. You take them every day, and effects build gradually. Microdosing is occasional and intentional; a few times a week, not daily. It’s working with your nervous system’s own capacity for change rather than maintaining a constant baseline shift.
Numbing vs. feeling. Many people describe SSRIs as taking the edge off; including, sometimes, the edges they wanted to keep. Microdosing is frequently described as the opposite: more access to emotion, not less. More aliveness, not flattening. The goal here isn’t to feel less, it’s to feel more clearly, with more capacity to be with what you feel.
Disconnecting vs. reconnecting. Where medication can sometimes create distance from yourself as a side effect of symptom relief, this practice is built around the opposite intention: reconnecting to your body, your intuition, and your own inner signals, treating those as information to work with, not noise to suppress.
No dependency, no discontinuation syndrome. Because dosing is occasional rather than daily, there’s no physical dependency in the way SSRIs can create, and no withdrawal process if you choose to stop.
This program is not a replacement for psychiatric care or prescribed medication. If you’re currently working with a therapist or psychiatrist, this is meant to complement that care, not replace it; many participants continue their existing treatment throughout.

Why join a container
Most microdosing happens alone. A few capsules, a protocol you found somewhere online, and nobody to ask when something feels off. Honestly, that’s fine if all you want is to try it out. But if you’re here for the deeper reasons; the stuff that actually brought you to this page, that setup won’t get you very far.
This program starts with a foundational workshop to learn the science, because it matters to understand what’s actually happening. How psilocybin works with your serotonin receptors, why it seems to support neuroplasticity, what that has to do with mood + the basics of what you need to know to get started – dosing, protocols & intention-setting. From there, each week goes goes deeper: parts work, nervous system support, how you show up in relationships, the kind of honest self-inquiry that turns a supplement into an actual practice.
And you’re not doing any of it solo. The heart of this program is 13 weeks of real inner exploration, held the whole time by a group moving through the exact same protocol alongside you. Each session builds on the last. You’re not just learning something new every week; you’re layering it onto what you already worked through – with in-session and take-home practices for weaving together the mind, body and spirit as a whole, instead of treated as separate boxes to check. Most important, nobody’s figuring this out alone at 11pm wondering if what they’re feeling is normal.
Mind, Body & spirit
Connection as the Framework
Psilocybin alone isn’t the practice. Relationship is the practice – with yourself, with the people around you, with the natural world, and with something larger than any of us. This program is built holistically, integrating mind, body, and spirit interventions throughout, organized around four pillars of connection:
Connection with Self
the mechanism behind the practice, working with your inner parts, worthiness wounds, nervous system regulation, and building real intuitive trust in yourself
Connection with Others
unmasking, belonging, and how our inner protective patterns show up with the people we love – including boundaries as a path to empowerment, not just self-protection
Connection with Nature
earthing, grounding, plant medicine allies, and rhythms that move with natural cycles instead of against them
Connection with Spirit
communicating with plant spirits, sacred reciprocity, grief and letting go, and meaning, purpose, and joy as their own dimensions of healing
The 3-Month Journey
Before the group begins, participants receive a screening and free consultation with the facilitator to ensure appropriateness for the group. Then, and as described below, you’ll meet individually with your facilitator to complete consent, pre-program assessments, and a personalized conversation about safe, informed sourcing – so you walk into the Foundations Workshop already grounded and prepared.
From there, each week builds on a consistent foundation of hands-on practice: parts work, intuitive development, mindfulness and meditation, embodiment, and practical skill-building woven throughout – alongside real psychoeducation and honest group discussion. The topics change week to week, but the way you’re supported doesn’t.
Getting Started - Individual Session
Before your Foundations Workshop, you’ll meet one-on-one with your facilitator to complete consent forms, pre-program assessment surveys, and a personalized conversation about safe, informed sourcing.
Foundations Workshop (Saturday, 2-3 Hours)
Foundations Workshop (Saturday, 2–3 Hours) A single immersive session to lay the groundwork — how microdosing works in the brain, dosing science, building your personal protocol and tracking system, and designing the ritual and intention that will hold your practice. Your synchronized 90-day protocol begins this weekend.
