Psilocybin Therapy | Psychedelic Integration Therapy, Colorado
Therapeutic mushroom integration for holistic healing
Reconnect with life, reclaim your joy, and recall a newfound sense of purpose through an embodied relationship with your self, others, nature and spirit
Psilocybin therapy is becoming less “alternative”. Here’s why…
If you’ve ever been in conversation with someone who has experienced psilocybin-assisted therapy, they might say something like:
“It wasn’t what I expected, but it was exactly what I needed.”
And while that feeling of profound change is crystal clear to them, it doesn’t really capture the intensive spiritual, emotional, and mental transformation psilocybin can spark.
Because it’s different for everyone. Personal to your unique intentions.
Psilocybin therapy is no longer taboo and is not just for “the hippies”; it’s gaining recognition in scientific communities and among people searching for answers where conventional therapies have fallen short.
This is where science meets the sacred.
Answering the sacred call of the mushroom
Psilocybin is a pattern interrupter with a sacred purpose. Allowing us access to out inner world with less self-critical interference.
With the noise turned down and your inner wisdom turned up, you’ll have the space to explore the deeper layers of your subconscious, uncovering insights and finding healing in places you didn’t even know you craved it.
But this kind of exploration requires more than just the medicine. It takes the right mindset, the right setting, and most importantly, the right support.
That’s where I come in.
As your therapist and journey companion, I’ll be with you every step of the way; helping you to set clear intentions, creating a safe and nurturing space for your experiences, so that when you return from your inner world, you feel grounded and connected.
Psilocybin therapy supports alleviation of mental health concerns through integrating mushrooms into your healing and recovery journey. Through complimenting mindfulness and parts work therapy with microdosing or macrodosing, your pathway to freedom will be as unique as you are.
Is psilocybin-assisted therapy right for you?

How psilocybin-therapy with me works,
Most psilocybin-assisted therapy right now looks like this: one or two prep sessions, a facilitated high-dose experience, and one or two integration sessions if you’re lucky. Then the relationship ends.
I don’t work that way.
While I absolutely offer focused, high-dose journeys, my philosophy is bigger than a single ceremony. I’m here to support you in building an ongoing relationship with psilocybin. One that grows alongside your intuitive healing process, not one that wraps up solely after a single big weekend.
My approach: individual dosing, woven into real therapeutic support
Integrated dosing + therapy
Rather than treating psilocybin as a one-time event, I integrate all levels of dosing – micro, medium, and high – in conjunction with therapeutic support for whatever emotional material and experiences surface along the way.
Specializing in psilocybin-assisted and plant medicine therapy for neurodivergent women (though I welcome men into this work too), I work primarily with:
- ADHD
- Addiction
- Depression and anxiety
- Existential distress
- Chronic stress and burnout
- Spiritual and intuitive development
- cPTSD
The Therapeutic Relationship
1. Free consultation + pre-screening Every relationship starts with a free consultation and a pre-screening form, so we can both get a clear sense of whether we’re a fit before anything else begins.
2. Building your individual plan If we decide to move forward, your personal trajectory is built from a combination of microdosing, medium dosing, and/or high-dose support, layered with modalities actually fits you – mindfulness, meditation, nature connection, or parts work, as part of your ongoing work with psilocybin.
Microdosing - Accessible + Impactful
For many clients, we start here first – and there’s a reason for it.
Microdosing can offer real, meaningful relief without the bigger monetary investment of a full journey. It also gives you the chance to build confidence, develop a relationship with the medicine, and understand how it moves through your body before we move toward higher doses.
It’s also one of the more financially sustainable parts of this work: microdosing is something you largely do on your own time, while I support you adjunct through our weekly therapy sessions.
Macrodosing - The Deep Dive Inward
Sometimes it makes more sense to begin with a high-dose journey – or even more than one, spaced a few months apart – to get you the results you’re looking for.
Whether we start low and build, or start with a bigger journey, comes down to your history, your current symptoms, and your intentions for entering this work. There’s no universal starting point; there’s your starting point.
“My psychedelic experience went far beyond what I could have ever anticipated”
Not only did Jessica guide me through a transformative journey, but she was there for me every step of the way.
Her presence, compassion, and genuine care provided me with a sense of safety and trust that allowed me to fully open up and embrace the process.
Whether it was through deep conversations, thoughtful guidance, or simply holding space when I needed it most, Jessica consistently went above and beyond.
I left with greater personal growth and insight, but also with a profound sense of healing and empowerment.”

Hey, I’m Jessica – your psychedelic therapist and supportive guide
My journey with psychedelics led me to support others on theirs
Through my own healing journey, I discovered the profound power of plant medicine. It didn’t just ease my symptoms of depression and anxiety, it reconnected me to a deeper sense of purpose and spirituality.
The experience helped me carve out a new path beyond my 15+ year career in social work, one where I could support others in ways they hadn’t imagined possible.
One that went beyond symptoms of depression, anxiety, and feeling untethered, to tapping into something deeper.
That experience completely realigned my life’s purpose, leading me to this moment right now and offering the same support to others on their healing journey. I’d be honored to provide a safe space for you every step of the way.
