Microdose Coaching – support for psilocybin, San Pedro and LSD
The healing power of microdosing
Microdosing coaching offers ongoing, personalized guidance for anyone exploring microdosing with psilocybin, San Pedro, or LSD – available to clients nationwide.
Maybe you’ve thought about psilocybin, but a full journey feels like a lot
You’re curious. You’ve read the research, maybe watched a documentary, heard a friend talk about their ceremony like it changed their life.
But the idea of a full high-dose journey – the all-day commitment, the surrender, the not knowing exactly what will happen – feels like more than you’re ready for right now.
Or maybe cost is the real barrier. A guided journey is a real investment, and you’re not sure you want to make it before you know how psilocybin even works in your body.
Or maybe you just don’t need the mountaintop experience. You need relief from the fog, the flatness, the anxious loop that won’t quiet down, the burnout that’s been building for years. You need something sustainable, not a single peak day.
If any of that sounds familiar – good. That’s exactly what microdosing is for.
What is microdosing, actually?
Microdosing means taking sub-perceptual or barely-perceptible amounts of psilocybin on a regular, structured schedule – not enough to trip, just enough to shift something underneath the surface.
The science, briefly: Psilocybin interacts with your brain’s serotonin receptors (similarly to SSRIs, yet with additional mechanisms of action as well), and gently quiets the default mode network; the part of your brain responsible for the repetitive, self-critical thought loops so many of us live in on autopilot. At microdose levels, this doesn’t happen in one dramatic sweep. It happens gradually, session by session, giving your nervous system room to recalibrate without needing to fully surrender to a high-dose experience.
Research into microdosing is still catching up to the anecdotal evidence, but early studies and a growing body of clinical interest point toward benefits for mood regulation, focus, creativity, and emotional flexibility; often the exact areas where conventional treatment has fallen short.
Why Microdosing Might Be The Best Place To Start:
Time
High dose journeys require a large time commitment, even possibly travel out of state. Also involving potentially longer periods of preparation and integration.
Microdosing is woven into your regular week and easily done at home, with adjunct support.
Sub-Perceptual
The altered state produced by high dose journeys, requires full support and surrender.
Whereas microdosing is subtle and sub-perceptual – you stay functional and able to maintain your daily responsibilities.
Lower Cost
Since microdosing can be done virtually at home it requires lower time and medicine investment, becoming a fraction of the cost of high dose journeys.
Less time commitment on the facilitator also reduces the burden on the client.
Confidence Building
Jumping in at the deep end with no prior connection to the medicine can feel scary and destabiizing for some.
Time to build trust with the medicine and your reponse to it first through microdosing can reduce anxiety and build confidence.
-What microdosing can support
Microdosing lets you build a relationship with the medicine before deciding whether – or when – a higher dose experience makes sense for you. For many of my clients, it’s not a lesser version of the work. It’s simply a different entry point, and often the more sustainable one.
Steadier mood – less reactivity, more emotional flexibility
Sharper focus – especially helpful for ADHD brains that feel foggy or scattered
Reduced anxiety – a quieter nervous system without heavy sedation
Renewed motivation – breaking through the flatness of burnout
More self-awareness – noticing your patterns instead of being run by them
A felt sense of connection – to yourself, your intuition, and what actually matters to you

- Want a lower-cost, lower-intensity way to explore plant medicine
- Are neurodivergent and looking for support that actually understands how your brain works
- Want structure and guidance rather than trial and error on your own
