Clinical Internship & Practicum
I’m now accepting clinical interns and practicum students for 2027. Gain paid, supervised clinical experience at Intuitive Life Wellness, an integrative, holistic psychotherapy practice in Lafayette, Colorado, with weekly supervision from Jessica Eden, LCSW, LAC, ADS-RT, NMIT.
Virtual internships in New Mexico & Colorado. In-person in Lafayette, Colorado.
Paid W-2 position
An hourly wage for client hours and documentation time. Not an unpaid placement or a 1099 arrangement.
Virtual or in person
Virtual internships for students in Colorado and New Mexico. In-person internships at the office in Lafayette, CO.
Weekly supervision
Individual clinical supervision every week with Jessica Eden, LCSW, LAC, ADS-RT, NMIT.
6-month minimum
6-12 months. Most internships run closer to a full year, so you can see cases through.
About the internship
Intuitive Life Wellness is a holistic psychotherapy practice with a strong mind, body, and spirit focus. We don’t work from a single manualized protocol. Instead, we draw on multiple frameworks depending on the client in front of us, and you’ll have the freedom to explore modalities you’ve trained in or want to learn.
As an intern or practicum student, you’ll get real, supervised clinical hours toward licensure while contributing meaningfully to client care. You’ll carry your own caseload of adult clients, conduct intakes and assessments, build treatment plans, provide individual therapy, and design and lead a group of your own with supervisory support.
You’ll also learn what it takes to build a private practice, including marketing, branding, and caseload building, alongside your clinical training.

This practice serves adults only. We do not see children or adolescents.

A paid, W-2 internship
Interns are paid W-2 employees of Intuitive Life Wellness. You’re paid an hourly wage for both direct client work and required documentation time, and you’re covered by Colorado’s employee protections, including paid sick leave and paid family and medical leave (FAMLI).
Your supervisor
I’m Jessica Eden, LCSW, LAC, ADS-RT, NMIT, the founder of Intuitive Life Wellness. I’ll be your clinical supervisor throughout your placement. My work is holistic and integrative, rooted in a psychedelic-informed, harm-reduction lens, and my clinical relationships are trauma-informed, person-centered, relational, and humanistic.
