psilocybin attunement: therapeutic microdosing for mental health

Immersive healing to reconnect you with life

Psilocybin Attunement is a 16-week therapeutic psilocybin microdosing program, combining clinical screening, a structured 90-day protocol, and a holistic mind-body-spirit framework; offered in both group and individual formats.

Forge your own pathway to healing

you’ve tried the coping skills. The medication. The years of talk therapy, or both. and still…

the anxiety loops, the depression sits heavy, the burnout doesn’t lift, the ADHD fog doesn’t clear. You’re looking for something that actually reaches the parts of you that haven’t responded to what you’ve already tried.

The Therapeutic Microdosing Program, Psilocybin Attunement is a 16-week container built around a synchronized 90-day psilocybin microdosing protocol, with real structure, real science, and real therapeutic support behind it; offered either individually, one-on-one, or as part of a small group.

Next group cohort begins September 1st. Private-pay, adults 21+.

rewire neural pathways

How microdosing works in the brain

Psilocybin works primarily by binding to serotonin 5-HT2A receptors in the brain – the same broad neurotransmitter system implicated in mood, anxiety, and attention. But how it works there is where things get interesting.

At microdose levels, psilocybin appears to support neuroplasticity – your brain’s capacity to form new neural connections and loosen rigid patterns of thought and emotional response. Early research suggests this may show up as increased dendritic growth and synaptic connectivity, essentially giving the brain more flexibility to build new pathways rather than defaulting to old, worn grooves.

Across observational and self-report studies, people who microdose psilocybin most commonly describe:

  • Steadier, more regulated mood
  • Reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety
  • Sharper focus and cognitive clarity – often notable for ADHD brains
  • Greater emotional flexibility – less stuck in reactive loops
  • Quieting of the inner critic and intrusive thoughts
  • Decreased reliance on prescription medication
  • Increased sense of connection – to self, others, and a bigger sense of meaning

-Why microdosing is different than an SSRI

If you’ve been on an SSRI, you know the drill: a daily pill, taken continuously, slowly and steadily adjusting your serotonin levels over weeks – sometimes flattening a lot besides the symptom you were trying to treat along the way.

Microdosing psilocybin works on a fundamentally different model:

  • Continuous vs. intermittent. SSRIs work by continuous serotonin reuptake inhibition. You take them every day, and effects build gradually. Microdosing is occasional and intentional; a few times a week, not daily. Wrking with your nervous system’s own capacity for change rather than maintaining a constant baseline shift.
  • Numbing vs. feeling. Many people describe SSRIs as taking the edge off; including, sometimes, the edges they wanted to keep. Microdosing is frequently described as the opposite: more access to emotion, not less. More aliveness, not flattening. The goal here isn’t to feel less, it’s to feel more clearly, with more capacity to be with what you feel.
  • Disconnecting vs. reconnecting. Where medication can sometimes create distance from yourself as a side effect of symptom relief, this practice is built around the opposite intention: reconnecting to your body, your intuition, and your own inner signals, treating those as information to work with, not noise to suppress.
  • No dependency, no discontinuation syndrome. Because dosing is occasional rather than daily, there’s no physical dependency in the way SSRIs can create, and no withdrawal process if you choose to stop.

This program is not a replacement for psychiatric care or prescribed medication. If you’re currently working with a therapist or psychiatrist, this is meant to complement that care, not replace it; many participants continue their existing treatment throughout.

Why this program

Most microdosing happens alone – a few capsules, a vague protocol pulled from the internet, no one to ask when something feels off. This program exists because that’s not enough for the mental health concerns most people are actually bringing to this work.

Every session is grounded in psychoeducation about why microdosing may help – how psilocybin interacts with serotonin receptors, how it supports neuroplasticity, and how that connects to mood, anxiety, and focus. Then it moves into real therapeutic material: parts work, nervous system support, relational patterns, and the kind of grounded self-inquiry that turns a supplement into an actual healing practice.

You’re never doing the hard parts of this alone. Whether you’re moving through it with a small group of others on the same synchronized protocol, or one-on-one with dedicated individual support the whole way through.

Mind, Body & spirit

Connection as the Framework

Psilocybin alone isn’t the practice. Relationship is the practice – with yourself, with the people around you, with the natural world, and with something larger than any of us. This program is built holistically, integrating mind, body, and spirit interventions throughout, organized around four pillars of connection:

Connection with Self

understanding the science of how this practice supports your mind, tending to your body’s nervous system needs, and building real intuitive trust in yourself

Connection with Others

relationship, community, and how our inner protective patterns show up with the people we love

Connection with Nature

the healing power of the natural world, reciprocity with the earth, and rhythms that move with natural cycles instead of against them

Connection with Spirit

meaning, purpose, joy, and reciprocity toward something greater than the self

The 16-Week Journey

Entering the Practice (Weeks 2-3, start of group sessions)

Session 2 – Welcome, Dosing Science, Protocol, Ritual, Intention & Tracking: Understanding how microdosing protocols work; building your personal starting protocol and tracking system.

Session 3Ritual and Intention Setting: Designing your personal ritual container, understanding intentions, set & setting; Day 1 of your synchronized 90-day protocol begins

The Connection Journey (Weeks 4–12)

Session 4 – Self I – Mind: How microdosing supports mental health – serotonin, neuroplasticity, and an introduction to working with your inner parts

Session 5 – Self II – Body: Movement, nutrition, and nervous system support

Session 6 – Self III – Spirit: Energy, discernment, and body-based intuition

Session 7 – Others I – Relationship, Community & Belonging: The role of connection in sustained wellbeing

Session 8 – Others II – Parts in Relationship: How our inner protective patterns show up with the people around us
