I use a secure and confidential platform for all documents, scheduling, and billing. This is where you will access your client portal and all paperwork. You can access your scheduled appointment through the portal. Appointment reminders are automatically sent via email or SMS text. There is no software to download. Simply connect at your scheduled time.

As long as you are physically in a secure, private location, our session is as safe and confidential as meeting in person for therapy. And since you are not physically going to an office, confidentiality may be more secure with online therapy.

I offer a free virtual consultation before initiating any therapeutic relationship, which allows you to experience an online therapy platform before entering services.

Most of the services I offer can be conducted via telehealth, including individual and group therapy, reiki, and coaching. 

Services that require in-person contact are acudetox acupuncture and acureiki. These sessions are held at my office in Arvada, Colorado, or a local park for connection with the healing power of nature and the outdoors.
