I get it—I’ve been there. Over the years, I’ve moved from conventional systems into a holistic approach that values the whole person (yes that’s, mind, body, and spirit). It goes beyond talking therapy, it gets to the heart.

My background spans social work, counseling, and more alternative therapies than I can list, but this isn’t about me at all. My job is to help set the scene for you to reconnect with your true self. Your soul self.
