Immersive weekends and integrative programs offer you the opportunity to disconnect from your daily life, in order to reconnect with your inner wisdom and the healing your mind, body and spirit needs.
Giving yourself the chance to try something different, just may be the reset and focus your nervous system desires. Gain and practice skills for mindfulness, meditation, trusting your intuition, developing your spiritual gifts, connecting with self and others, integrating natural and holistic healing, calming and grounding the nervous system, and releasing limiting thoughts, beliefs and patterns.
Embodied Integration: 2-hour and 4-hour Immersives
Purpose: Entry point, nervous system regulation, emotional release, somatic awareness
Ideal for: New clients, intro to plant medicine and inner work, integration support, prep work
A condensed immersive dedicated to cultivating a deeper connection with your inner wisdom. This ceremonial immersive offers an introduction to gentle consciousness work, grounding and calming the nervous system, and listening to messages from within.
These sessions can offer support for preparing or integrating psychedelic experiences, processing emotions, and connecting with your mind/body and spirit.
2-Hour Embodied Integration:
- Ear Acupuncture for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.
- Guided Meditation and Parts/Energy Work for connecting with Intuition and inner healing
- Take-home activities, affirmations and/or journaling prompts for ongoing work
4-Hour/Half-Day Embodied Integration:
- Ear Acupuncture for stress relief, nervous system regulation and emotional release.
- Guided Meditation and Parts/Energy Work for connecting with Intuition and parts.
- Creative Expression and/or Nature-Based Healing Activities (weather permitting)
- Take-home activities, affirmations and/or journaling prompts for ongoing work

Conscious Creation: Full Day and Weekend Immersives
Purpose: Identity shifts, grief processing, nervous system rewiring, narrative reconstruction, spiritual insight
Ideal for: Turning points, life transitions, deep personal and spiritual work
Up to 3 days spent immersed in healing practices designed for your highest benefit. Through supported expanded states of consciousness, plant medicine allies, and inner wisdom guidance; release limiting beliefs and conditioning, rewire your nervous system, and gain deep insight into your personal path to healing and liberation.
Conscious Creation, 1-Day Immersion:
- Pre and Post-Immersion connection call
- Mind/Body/Spiritual healing modalities including but not limited to Ear Acupuncture, Parts Work, Energy Healing, Intuitive Development Guided Meditation, Creative Expression, Journaling, etc.
- Outdoor Activities such as hiking and forest bathing, weather permitting
- Includes an overnight stay after your full-day experience

Ready to explore the depths of plant medicine’s transformative potential?
One of my core beliefs is that in building a relationship with plants, animals and nature, we also build a relationship with ourselves, others, and something greater. Healing ourselves with nature is nothing new, but it does seem novel in the traditional therapy world. I’ve been walking this path myself for several years and now I’ve built a program that doesn’t just give you a “one and done,” or “fix it and forget it” mentality when it comes to inner healing and consciousness expansion.
This educational, in-depth and immersive experience serves as a container for deep inner growth and healing, while cultivating a reciprocal relationship between ourselves, nature and the spiritual realm.
