Community NADA Acudetox Groups: In-person in Arvada and Westminster, CO

Receive 45 minutes of relaxation while sitting with acudetox needles in your ears. The points specific to the acudetox protocol promote a detoxification and harmonizing effect within the mind, body, and spirit system. The benefits are unique to each individual. Groups are held during fair weather in a nature area or local park. Take-home herbal tea is provided after.

This group is open to anyone ages 12 and up. Exchange: $20/group.

AcuReiki Circle (open to women): In-person in Arvada, CO

This unique 45-60 minute healing session combines the powerful modalities of acupuncture and Angel Reiki. Ear acupuncture helps detox the body and restore a healthy flow of Qi among the energetic system.

While relaxing with the acupuncture and healing music, allow yourself to receive peaceful, loving energy from the Angels and your spirit team, experience a full chakra cleansing and balancing, and enhance your intuition and connect with your soul self.

Crystal healing and/or aromatherapy are optional. Receive ear beads/seeds to leave on for up to a week. Take-home herbal tea is provided after.

This group is open to female-identifying persons aged 12 and up. Exchange: $50/group. Or four groups for $150.

Hybrid Virtual and In-Person Groups

Smoking Cessation/Chemical Dependency Recovery: In-person in Arvada, CO
Hybrid in-person/virtual 4-week holistic healing program. Open to all genders, age 18+. Women-specific cohorts are available.

This is a closed group, open to a limited number of members per cohort, to promote safety, trust, and community recovery.

Receive support for recovery by helping to reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings, and improve sleep, mood, and overall well-being through acudetox, Reiki energy healing, meditation, and stress management skills.

The program includes the following:

• Acudetox groups twice weekly. Groups include a combination of guided meditation and reiki energy healing. Choose to participate in as many groups as you would like.
• Four (weekly) virtual stress management, mindfulness, and skills-building groups.
• Two pre-recorded meditations for use at home.
• Your choice of a virtual Angel Reiki or Individual Coaching session during the program.
• Habit tracker journal to keep track of progress, self-care, successes, and wins.

Additional individual sessions can be scheduled for even more support and personal development through the recovery process.

Exchange: $500 for the 4-week group.

Acudetox will be held in person at my office in Arvada, CO, or weather permitting, in a calm outdoor park or nature area. All other sessions will take place virtually.

AcuReiki Inner Goddess Awakening: In-person in Arvada, CO
Hybrid in-person/virtual 6-week holistic healing program. Open to women age 18+

A spiritual empowerment program for female-identifying persons to activate their radiant inner goddess and reconnect to their soul self. Experience emotional, physical, and spiritual healing through intuitive development, releasing energetic and mental blocks, and following your purpose. Receive live healing and connection with others during group circles. Learn to trust your intuition, connect with your core self, and mindfully manage stress and challenges.

This is a closed group, open to a limited number of members per cohort, to promote safety, trust, and community. Connect with a like-minded sisterhood and gain support from others working towards their fully embodied selves. Receive both individual and group support.

This program includes three AcuReiki groups alternated weekly with three virtual Coaching/Healing circles; two pre-recorded guided meditations for use at home, one individual Angel Reiki Chakra Cleansing or Spiritual Coaching session, and a workbook for manifesting your goals and inner purpose.
Exchange: $600 for the full six weeks.

Acudetox will be held in person at my office in Arvada, CO, or weather permitting, in a calm outdoor park or nature area. All other sessions will take place virtually.

Unconscious Awakening – Integration Group

This is an open virtual group for people aged 18+ surrounding experiences and insights received during an altered state of consciousness.

Groups enter a safe and connective space with a guided meditation exercise. Share space with others going through similar experiences and find support for working through challenging or stressful experiences.

Bring your questions and open curiosity and find more clarity and connection on your healing journey. Exchange: $30/group. Or four groups for $100.
